Italia Bella IV: Sorento

April 17: It is not an adventure without an obstacle, but what a beautiful day!

Our plan was originally to head down the Almalfi Coast, but plans changed and we stayed in Sorento for the day. I would have loved to see Capri or the coast, but non-the-less the day was spent shopping and relaxing.

The town is beautiful! Flowers were blooming everywhere and you could tell that hotels we expensive.

The day was breath-taking and one that could not be described. I felt extremely lucky and it gave me a new bucket list goal:

☐ To rent a scooter and ride down the Almalfi Coast.

Sorento is know for Lemnocello.. and there are lemon trees everywhere you turned..

Pastries were a must that day. We walked around the hills in the back and I found a place that had Easter Bread, but it was not like at home. It was either sweet or one filled with meat.

On the way down the mountain, a cute dog decided to follow us. He probably did for about a mile, and then he continued on his journey as we continued on ours.

Before we headed back we got gelati. Niccolia.. or "hazelnut" was the best thing that I have ever had in my entire life. Words cannot describe it.

It was our last night in Napels, the next morning we were headed to Rome.
