I'm excited to start classes... I cannot wait to get into a routine.
Friday we went and visited King John's Castle... what a lucky person he was!..It's huge and right on River Shannon.
I had a 'grand' time. haha
I'm trying to start sing some Irish lingo.. although I know I will butcher everything and still sound American.
I'm also on the hunt to find veggie stock. I don't know why it is so difficult.
Well for now, I'm going to bed. It is way to late..
